Frame breakage, (but not from heavy impact damage)
These items are covered under normal use. THEY ARE NOT COVERED if your FU™product has been subjected, but not limited to
Abuse outside of normal care/use
Modifying the product (including software changes)
However even if it is your fault, such as crashing it into a brick wall, we are always happy to give you free advice on how to problem solve and fix the problem. If you live in Australia and send your product to us at FU-RC Pty Ltd (111 Lahrs Road Ormeau QLD 4208, Australia), or can deliver and pick up from us, we are happy to help change components over WITHOUT CHARGING LABOUR. This is part of our special service that we offer only to our registered customers. We do not offer this service to customers who have purchased their product from other retailers or online merchants. As we ONLY sell FU-RC.com products, we know and understand these products inside out. When buying from us, you purchase with confidence knowing that you are always covered in the event of a warranty claim, or a flying/riding event not covered by our warranty. Don’t worry mate, we are Aussies and we will always do the right thing by our customers. All we want is for our customers to love what we make and the service we provide. Because we are so experienced in this field, please note that if you phone or email FU-RC Pty Ltd with a warranty issue, we will do our best to diagnose this over the phone or email to a very specific level. So, if you have done something that is not covered by warranty please let us know first.
